ASTERIA – ‘Greek: Sister of Leto (Became Delos)’

During my time as an Artist in Residence at the Delatollas Marble Factory on the island of Tinos, Greece, I spent a significant amount of time immersing myself in the local culture. The drying octopus meat on poles outside of restaurants struck me enough that I was inspired to create an abstract interpretation.
