Savour Sculpture with Chef Barneé

Chef Barneé is cooking (whipping) up some tasty treats for you on our last Open Studio of 2022.

The first course is a sampling of unique ingredients Barny uses to create his gourmet art. You can touch, but not taste, all 211 varieties of stone.

Next, learn about T Barny’s reduction technique… how he releases the stone to reveal the forms he is famous for… a mobius… a super ellipsoid… his recipes are a secret, but he will share the utensils of his trade with you.

Finally for dessert you can view a step-by-step display of how he transforms his stone sculpture into a flambé of bronze.

So, join us on September 24th & 25th and October 1st & 2nd from 10am to 5pm at the T Barny Studio on Pine Flat Rd in Alexander Valley.
